Exchange and return

Please read our rules carefully to avoid misunderstandings and make a successful purchase 🫶🏻

According to the legislation of Ukraine, corsets belong to the category of underwear, therefore they are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 03/19/1994.

However, we strive to make your purchase as comfortable as possible, therefore we have the following available to you:

Returns

• Executed exclusively from Nova Poshta branches.
• The funds are returned to the client after receiving the goods in the store and checking their condition.

Exchange of corset size

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions: conditions:

• Deadline: within 2 days after receipt.
• Photo from the fitting: you must provide a photo so that we can make sure that the corset is worn correctly and see the problem areas.
• Product condition: the corset must be without damage, traces of use and foreign odors.
• Model: the exchange is made for a similar model of the required size.

Important

The panties are not subject to exchange or return from home under any circumstances.
